The Employer Journey

Five Stages, Fully Managed

We guide your business through every stage of employer sponsorship — each step prepared, lodged and tracked by a Registered Migration Agent.

  1. 1. Strategy call & workforce assessment

We review the roles you need to fill, assess occupation eligibility and recommend the most effective sponsorship pathway for your business.

  2. 2. Become an approved sponsor

We prepare and lodge your Standard Business Sponsorship (or negotiate a Labour Agreement / DAMA), establishing your business as an approved sponsor.

  3. 3. Nominate the position

We manage labour market testing, salary benchmarking and the nomination of each position — ensuring every requirement is met.

  4. 4. Visa application & approval

We prepare and lodge the visa application for your worker (and their family), managing the department through to a decision.

  5. 5. Ongoing obligations & permanent residence

We help you understand and manage your sponsorship obligations, and plan ahead for key workers to transition to permanent residence. May provide a pathway to permanent residence, subject to the employer and visa holder meeting the applicable requirements at that time.

After You Enquire

What Happens When You Get in Touch

Getting started is simple. Here’s exactly what to expect from your first enquiry.

1. Review & assessment

We review your roles, timelines and eligibility. A Registered Migration Agent identifies the pathways and key considerations for your business.

2. Initial consultation

We discuss your options, likely timelines, transparent costs and next steps — so you can decide with confidence.

3. We manage it end to end

If you choose to proceed, we guide and manage the sponsorship, nomination and visa from start to finish.
