  • Two skills streams

Specialist Skills and Core Skills streams to match the seniority and salary of each role.

  • Labour market testing managed

We run the advertising process so your evidence meets the strict labour market testing requirements.

  • Up to four years

Sponsor eligible workers for up to four years, renewable. May provide a pathway to permanent residence, subject to the employer and visa holder meeting the applicable requirements at that time.

  • Whole-of-family

Partners and dependent children can be included on the one application.

  • Direct Entry stream

For skilled workers with the qualifications and experience to qualify directly.

  • Temporary Residence Transition

Transition existing 482 holders who have worked for you into permanent residency.

  • Retain your investment

Keep the people you have trained and relied on for the long term.

  • Permanent outcomes

A whole-of-family permanent visa — a powerful retention and relocation incentive.

03 Custom

Tailored agreement

Labour Agreements

A tailored agreement with the Australian Government for when the standard programs don’t fit — unlocking occupations and concessions specific to your business.

  • Occupations off standard lists

Access skilled roles that the mainstream programs don’t cover.

  • Negotiated concessions

Salary, skills and English concessions negotiated for your circumstances.

  • Company or industry specific

Company-specific agreements and access to established industry templates.

  • End-to-end negotiation

We prepare the submission and manage the agreement process through to a decision.

04 Regional

Regional agreement

Designated Area Migration Agreements

Regional labour agreements offering concessions for employers in participating areas facing acute, location-specific skill shortages.

  • Region-specific occupations

Access occupations designated for your participating regional area.

  • Age, salary & skills concessions

Concessions designed to reflect regional labour-market realities.

  • Pathways to permanent residence

Some DAMA roles may provide a pathway to regional permanent residence, subject to the employer and visa holder meeting the applicable requirements at that time.

  • Local knowledge

We identify the right DAMA and confirm your eligibility upfront.

How It Works

From Recruitment to Visa — Managed End to End

Whichever pathway suits your business, we manage the same clear, compliant process end to end.

  1. 1. Strategy call & assessment

We review the roles you need to fill, assess occupation eligibility and recommend the most effective pathway.

  2. 2. Become an approved sponsor

We prepare and lodge your sponsorship — or negotiate a Labour Agreement / DAMA — to establish you as an approved sponsor.

  3. 3. Nominate & lodge the visa

We manage labour market testing, salary benchmarking, the nomination and the worker’s visa application.

  4. 4. Approval, obligations & permanent residence

We manage the application through to a decision, help you understand and manage your sponsorship obligations, and plan ahead for key workers. May provide a pathway to permanent residence, subject to the employer and visa holder meeting the applicable requirements at that time.
